For many years I have been fixing all makes and brands of computers. The problems generally all start out the same way. The computer is no longer usable and the data and operating system are both at risk. Many times the computer has been attacked by malware on every level and now is under the complete control of someone else, and they have removed the ability of anyone to fix the computer using normal tools and methods. Now I will attempt to reveal a methodology and strategy for saving the data and getting a new computer in it's place because the owner no longer has any of the installation CDs, DVDs or license keys.
